ह्या वर्षी गुरुपौर्णिमेचा उत्सव शनिवार, दिनांक ७ जुलै २०१२ रोजी सद्गुरु श्रीअनिरुद्ध उपासना ट्रस्टतर्फे श्रीहरिगुरुग्राम, शासकीय वसाहत, खेरवाडी पोलीस स्टेशन जवळ, वांद्रे (पूर्व), मुंबई येथे आयोजित केलेला आहे. हा उत्सव सकाळी ९:०० पासून रात्री ९:३० पर्यंत साजरा करण्यात येणार आहे. सर्व श्रद्धावानांना या सोहळ्यात सहभागी होऊन आपल्या लाडक्या सद्गुरुंच्या दर्शनाचा लाभ घेता येईल.
गुरुपौर्णिमा उत्सवाची थोडक्यात रुपरेखा -
१) परमपूज्य सद्गुरु बापू, परमपूज्य नंदाई व परमपूज्य सुचितदादा यांचे श्रीहरिगुरुग्राम येथे आगमन होईल.
२) आगमनाच्या वेळेस सद्गुरुंचे औक्षण व पुष्पवृष्टी होईल.
३) स्टेजवर श्रीदत्तात्रेयांची मूर्ती आणि श्रीनृसिंहसरस्वतींच्या पादुकांची स्थापना होईल. परमपूज्य सद्गुरु बापू, नंदाई व सुचितदादा स्वत: पादुकांचे पूजन करतील.
४) सद्गुरुंचे स्टेजवर आगमन झाल्यानंतर श्रीअनिरुद्ध चलिसा पठण होईल. तसेच दर एक तासाने हे पठण केले जाईल.
५) प्रत्येकवेळी श्रीअनिरुद्ध चलिसा पठण झाल्यानंतर सुशोभित केलेल्या कावङींमधून स्टेजवर उदी आणली जाईल व तिला सद्गुरुंचा हस्तस्पर्श करुन घेण्यात जाईल. त्यानंतर हा उदीचा प्रसाद प्रत्येक श्रद्धावानासाठी उपलब्ध असेल.
६) स्टेजवरील दत्तात्रेयांच्या मूर्तीवर संपूर्ण दिवस 'ॐ द्रां दत्तात्रेयाय नमः' या मंत्राचा जप करत निवडक श्रद्धावानांकडून तुलसीपत्र अर्पण केले जाईल.
७) श्रीअनिरुद्ध चलिसाचे पहिले आवर्तन झाल्यावर "साईराम जय जय साईराम..." हा गजर सुरु होईल व रामनाम वहीच्या लगद्याने बनविलेल्या इष्टीका डोक्यावर घेऊन सद्गुरुतत्वाच्या स्तंभाला श्रद्धावान प्रदक्षिणा घालण्यास सुरुवात करतील आणि त्याबरोबरच सद्गुरुंचे दर्शन घेऊ शकतील.
८) सकाळी ९.०० वाजता श्रीत्रिविक्रम महापूजन सुरू होईल, ज्याचा लाभ श्रद्धावान संपूर्ण दिवस घेऊ शकतील.
९) त्याचप्रमाणे सकाळी सुशोभित केलेल्या पालखीत परमपूज्य सद्गुरु बापूंच्या चरणमुद्रा विराजमान केल्या जातील. तसेच परमपूज्य सद्गुरु बापूंनी सकाळी पूजनाच्या वेळी श्रीनृसिंहसरस्वतींच्या पादुकांवर घातलेल्या अभिषेकाचे जल एका गढूमध्ये ठेवून ते ह्या पालखीत ठेवले जाईल. ही पालखी संपूर्ण दिवस वाजत गाजत उत्सव क्षेत्रात फिरत राहील. प्रत्येक श्रद्धावानाला या पालखीच्या मिरवणुकीत सहभागी होऊन, चरणमुद्रांचे दर्शन घेता येईल.
१०) रात्री ९.३० नंतर महाआरती होईल.
श्रीत्रिविक्रम पूजन:
परमेश्वराची शुभंकर यंत्रणा आणि अशुभनाशिनी यंत्रणा, या दोन यंत्रणा बाह्य विश्वाप्रमाणे अंतर्विश्वातही, म्हणजे मानवी देहातही कार्यरत असतात. शुभाचे वर्धन आणि अशुभाचा नाश व्हावा यासाठी या यंत्रणा आमच्या जीवनात कार्यकारी रहाणे आवश्यक असते. सद्गुरुतत्व मानवाच्या जीवनात या दोन यंत्रणांना सक्रिय करण्याचे कार्य करते. या सद्गुरुतत्वाचा प्रतिनिधी आहे - श्रीत्रिविक्रम. सद्गुरुतत्वरूपी त्रिविक्रम स्वत:च्या तीन पदन्यासांमध्ये (अकारण कारुण्य, क्षमा आणि अनन्यभक्तीची स्वीकृति) अनन्यशरण असणार्या श्रद्धावानाचे दुष्प्रारब्ध नष्ट करून त्याच्या जीवनात आनंदवन फुलवतो.
सद्गुरुतत्वाच्या चरणांमध्ये ’सृजनचक्र’ आणि ’संहारचक्र’ असते. त्याच्या पदन्यासाबरोबर ही दोन्ही चक्रे गतिमान होतात, हिताचे सृजन आणि अहिताचा संहार होतो. दुष्प्रारब्ध कितीही खडतर असले, तरी ज्या क्षणी आम्ही त्रिविक्रमाला शरण जातो, त्याक्षणी त्रिविक्रमाचा ’पदन्यास’ आमच्या मनात सक्रिय होतो. अगदी आमचे पाप कितीही मोठे असले, तरी ते त्रिविक्रमाला आमच्या जीवनात प्रवेश करण्यापासून रोखू शकत नाही.
म्हणूनच श्रद्धावान गुरुपौर्णिमेला सद्गुरुतत्वाचा प्रतिनिधी असणार्या त्रिविक्रमाचे दर्शन घेतात, त्याचे पूजन करतात आणि त्याची प्रार्थना करून त्याला जीवनात येण्यासाठी आमंत्रण देतात. आमच्या जीवनात नित्य गुरुपौर्णिमा रहावी, अशुभाचा नाश होऊन सदैव शुभच व्हावे या भावाने गुरुपौर्णिमेस श्रद्धावान त्रिविक्रमाचे पूजन करतात आणि दोन हात - एक माथा म्हणजेच श्रद्धा - सबुरी - अनन्यता ही गुरुदक्षिणा त्रिविक्रमाच्या चरणी अर्पण करतात.
साईराम जप:
गुरुपौर्णिमा उत्सवातला हा महत्वपूर्ण भाग आहे. यात मध्यभागी एक स्तंभ उभा केलेला असतो. हा स्तंभ म्हणजे सद्गुरुतत्वाचा स्तंभ जो आमच्या जीवनाला स्थैर्य देतो. या स्तंभावर परमपूज्य सद्गुरु बापू, नंदाई व सुचितदादा ह्यांच्या तसबीरी असतात. त्याचप्रमाणे या स्तंभावर श्रीवरदचण्डिका प्रसन्नोत्सवातील पूर्वावधूत कुंभ व अपूर्वावधूत कुंभही ठेवलेले असतात. प्रथम परमपूज्य सद्गुरु बापू, नंदाई व सुचितदादा या स्तंभाच्या भोवती रामनाम वहिच्या लगद्यापासून बनवलेल्या इष्टिका डोक्यावर घेऊन प्रदक्षिणा घालतात व नंतर श्रद्धावानांना या स्तंभाच्या भोवती प्रदक्षिणा घालण्याची संधी मिळते.
स्तंभाच्या भोवती प्रदक्षिणा घालताना पुढील गजर म्हटला जातो.
गजर - "साईराम जय जय साईराम, दत्तगुरु सुखधामा
अनिरुद्ध बापू सद्गुरुराया, कृपा करजो देना छाया
रमते राम आयोजी उदिया की गोनिया लायो जी"
जी इष्टिका विठ्ठलाने स्वतःच्या पायाखाली ठेवली तीच इष्टिका माझ्या डोक्यावर आहे हाच भाव ठेवून प्रत्येक श्रद्धावान प्रदक्षिणा घालतो आणि ह्या सद्गुरुचे चरण माझ्या हृदयात कायमचे स्थापन व्हावेत ही प्रार्थना करतो (किजै नाथ हृदय महॅं डेरा)...

Guru Poornima Utsav 2011
All the devotees are welcome to the auspicous occasion of Guru Poornima, Utsav celebrated by Sadguru Sadguru Shri Aniruddha Upasana Trust.
The Gurupournima is the day that means the ultimate happiness for every bhakta walking on the path of the Sadguru. This is the day the bhakta can, actually stand before his Sadguru, be blessed by that one look of loving grace and feel fulfilled. This is the day the bhakta can actually stand before his Sadguru and express his love, join his hands together in gratitude and say his prayer of thanks. The bhakta feels all of this at ...all times, yes he does - but this day has a special place in his heart. This is the day he actually sees sitting before him his Sadguru, who has been with him as much through happy moments as the trying ones, who has assured him when he felt diffident and who he cannot ever love enough. This is the day the bhakta is filled with nothing but love and gratitude for His Sadguru as he says his prayer of thanks. The loving bhakta wants to remain indebted to His Sadguru and this is the day to say so.

The Sadguru is the guide, the friend who loves selflessly, who is the source of strength, of joy; who wants to see us all happy, who feels our pain and provides relief. He is the One who equips us to face and withstand difficult times. This He does without expecting or accepting anything from us.

Shree Durga Varada Hom

Shree Durga Varada Hom
The Shree Durga Varada Hom is an extremely crucial part of the Shree Varada Chandika Prassanotsav. This event is taking place in the ground directly opposite the Main Gate of Shree HariGuruGram. The Shree Durga Varada Hom is a Yagna. The Yagna Samhita [Text expounding on the Procedural Aspects of the Yagna] was composed by the Great Sage Atri. This, Shree Durga Varada Hom is being conducted as per the Atri Samhita, to the exclusive rendition of the Sanskrit edition of the Shree Matruvatsalyavindanam, in the voice of our Param Poojya Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu himself. This Sanskrit edition, shall in the near future, be made available to all Shraddhavans,
This Hom is of 3 types
The arrangement of this event is as follows, we are able to see our Aai Mahishasurmardini placed in a cave, in front of which is a series of steps leading to Mothi AAI. Directly opposite of this is a large Jalashaya where Nandaai herself will offer the Mangala Deep daily. Ahead of this Jalashaya is the Hom Kunda wherein we can all offer the Dhoop. All Shraddhavans can sit and do the Pathan [reading] of the Shree Matruvatsalya Vindanam in the same place whilst listening to the heavenly voice of our Sadguru Bapu reciting the same in Sanskrit. Today itself many of us were fortunate enough to witness Nandaai herself doing the Pathan of the Shree Matruvatsalya for almost over an hour.
In the Nava-Kala Hom, each and every Shraddhavan can offer Dhoop. Around this entire arrangement are placed 11 Kanthakoopa Pashan, signifying the 11 names our Mothi Aai, which we have sung innumerable times .... Jayanti, Mangala, Kali, Bhadrakali, kapalini, Durga, Kshama Shiva, Dhatri, Swaha, Swadha,,, Namostute......... The Spiritual Strength and grit required to destroy Evil from our life, is provided by this very event, the Shree Durga Varda Hom.
The Ek-Kala and Tri-Kala Hom will soon be started at Gurukul, Juinagar and each and every Shraddhavan shall be able to perform them, himself. Similarly Sharddhavans will also be able to perform this Hom in the Purusharthadhams in the future.

RAM NAVAMI UTSAV
The festival of Ram Navami would be celebrated by Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Upasana Trust on 12th April 2011 (9th day of Chaitra month) at Hari Guru Gram, Bandra, Mumbai
In the morning the festival would start with arrival of 'श्री सिद्ध दीपशिखा' (Shree Siddha Deepshikha) from Shree Sai Niwas at Shree Hari Guru Gram.
** After this 'श्री साईंराम सहस्त्र यज्ञ' (Shree Sairam Sahastra Yagnya) would start.
...Every visiting devotee would in get chance to perform हवन (Havan) while reciting 'तारक मंत्र' (Taarak Mantra) in the श्री साईंराम सहस्त्र यज्ञ (Shri Sairam Sahastra Yagnya).
** At 12 noon birth of Lord Ram in celebrated in the traditional way. The same cradle which was used for P. P. Bapu during His infant days would be used to during this event.
** श्री साईनाथ महिम्नाभिषेक (Shri Sainath Mahimnabhishek) .This event is carried by tradition. अभिषेक (Holy Bath) is offered to the Idol of Lord Sai Baba with full royal honours. Every visiting devotee can take part in this abhishek.
**On this holy day तळीभरण विधी (Talibharan Ritual) of Lord Sainath is also carried out. One gets the merit (पुण्य) of donating food to the hungry by performing Talibharan.
**The name of Lord Ram in form of Hymn of ll ॐ रामाय रामभद्राय रामचन्द्राय नमः ll would be chanted throughout the day at the venue .
**Devotees can also take benefit of श्री अनिरुद्ध हंडी प्रसाद (holy sacrament) prepared specially with हस्तस्पर्ष (Divine Touch) of P. P. Aniruddha Bapu.

AADM - Extended Western Zone Seminar - 27th March 2011
Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management had organized a seminar on disaster management for its Disaster Management Volunteers of extended western zone of Mumbai stretching from Borivali to Dahanu on Sunday 27th March 2011.
Keynote address was delivered in which the aims and objectives of creating Disaster Awareness through this seminar were stressed.
The programme proceeded with presentations from DMVs on various topics related with disaster management viz., Use of I.T. in Disaster & Risk Management, Evacuation Planning, Vermiculture, Global warming, Importance of Preparedness in Disaster Management, etc. Further a Workshop on Use of Fire Extinguisher was conducted which was followed by live demonstrations on Rescue and Snake Handeling techniques in which all the DMVs actively participated
The last session of the seminar featured refreshing and devotional Satsang and Gajars. The seminar finally concluded with Upasana.
Blood Donation Camp 2011

Shri Aniruddha upasana foundation,Sadguru shri Aniruddha upasana trust,Dilasa medical trust & Rehabilation centre,Aniruddha samarpan pathak,Aniruddha's house of friends,AADM associatively organised blood donation camp at Shri Harigurugram on Sunday,3rd April 2011.
*Why to donate Blood ?
Its best for your health…Our body contains approximately 4.5 – 5 Liters of blood out of which only 300ml blood is withdrawn. Immediately after donation, within 2 – 3 hours our body produces new blood cells and thus the blood in the body gets refreshed. Thus donating blood helps in stimulating generation of new blood cells and thereby increasing our fitness and immune system of our body.
Your body should meet the following requirements before donating blood:-
*Age- Any male or female between 18 to 60 yrs.
*Weight-Above 45 kgs.
*Haemoglobin-Above 12.5%
Generally the donors are rejected due to lack of hemoglobin in blood.
* To increase the haemoglobin levels in blood, follow the below mentioned diet:
1. Green Vegetables
2. Sprouts
3. Green peas, pumpkin, tomato
4. Fruits and salads
5. Grains like Corn, wheat, raggy malt, dry-fruits, jaggery
6. Sweets like murabba (Jam), and Khir.
7.Drinking tea should be avoided.
**Care to be taken prior to blood donation:
1. Take a sound sleep at night.
2. Take your regular breakfast/meals
3. Please do not take the medicines like homeopathic/ayurvedic medicines and tablets like crocin, Disprin, Combiflam unless necessary.
*Persons suffering from following diseases cannot donate blood:-
1. Diarrheoa
2. Malaria
3. Typhoid
4. AIDS
5. Blood pressure
6. Surgery within 1 year
7. Anaemia
8. Tuberculosis
9. Cancer
10. Ladies:-
a) Abortion within 6 Mnths
b) Menstrual Cycle
c) Pregnancy
d) Lactation
** A kind request to all to give their maximum support for this Camp by donating their valued blood and also by helping spreading the word.

Virar Medical Camp
Camp organized by Aniruddha Samarpan Pathak and Swatchata and Aarogya Gat on Sunday, February 27, 2011.
The camp is organized for those places where no medicines Facility & Lack of proper transportations so Aniruddha Samarpan Pathak and Swatchata and Aarogya Gat go to every year & conduct this medical camp effectively.
The camp included 16 Doctors, 11 Optometrists, 12 Paramedical Staff and approximately 60 volunteers. Where 1016 schools students have been checked

As schools are situated at remote places, 4 buses are arranged for transport (i.e. school pickup and drop) of student.
The camp was full of fun with students & They also are very excited about this camp.
The camp conducted below programmes-
1) Registration of schools.
2) Attendance of student
3) Dryfruits and Biscuits given to student.
4) Making of case paper for every student
5) General O.P.D. (Weight, Height and normal checkup is done). Doctors will take the follow up for critical cases.
6) Zental tablet (worm killer) is given to every student.
7) Preliminary medicine is given to students as per requirement.
8) Eye checking (Optometric) for every student. Only checking of eyes is done here, specs will be made later and provided to students as per requirement .
9) Annapurna Mahaprasadam Yojana for students.
This is Short summary of Virar Medical Camp, Hope we will do Such camps future also as many places as possible with our Bapu’s Blessing.
